Creditors

Whether the debtor is an individual or a corporation, the role of the Trustee is to realize as much money from the assets of the estate and to distribute the proceeds to creditors.  That money is paid based on a ‘scheme of distribution‘.

Meetings may occur, for which notice will be sent prior to the meeting.  Only those creditors with proven claims may vote at the meeting.  Please see the section of completing a proof of claim form and submit the form prior to attending the meeting.
